Keep the parent and trade references separate
Doral’s FAQ discusses a master permit with multiple sub-permits and final-inspection status for the separate records. No project record or inspection result was reviewed for this guide.
List the actual master reference and each related trade reference without filling unknown status fields. Connect the provider’s completion statement to the particular task and record it concerns. If a reference is missing or its relationship is uncertain, make that a Building question rather than assuming it is part of the same closed record.
Ask what remains on each actual record
Retain the actual inspection result or city response with its own reference and date. A result for one sub-record should remain attached to that record when you ask what remains elsewhere. This preserves the parent-and-related-record relationship without replacing it with one broad completed label.
Ask the provider to distinguish its finished task from any unresolved record question it cannot answer. Keep a paid invoice as evidence of that transaction, separate from city status. No whole-project closure, final approval or automatic update to related records is established by this handoff guide.
Does one Doral trade-final result establish the status of every related record?
No status was checked. The city FAQ addresses separate master and sub-permit records; ask about each actual reference rather than infer every status from one trade result.
What should accompany a provider’s statement that its Doral work is finished?
Identify its exact task and related record, any actual result, and the other references or questions still unresolved. Preserve the relationship between records without claiming the entire project is closed.

For a rented home, confirm who can authorize alterations. In a shared building, ask about access and work rules. A citywide construction period does not establish the age, condition or safety requirements of an individual home; check the property records and the specific project.
