A kit-installation service in the official description
Richmond Custom Saunas' official page describes installing customer-purchased kits or modular saunas. Its description separates site preparation, panel assembly, the heater, doors and controls, and final checks. This profile does not independently verify electrical qualifications, a compliant installation or the approvals needed at a particular property.
A kit's name or intended room is not enough to define the work. The product instructions and site need to be considered together before a complete package is assumed.
Bring the manual before agreeing the site and package
Gather the exact model and manual, delivery dimensions and an inventory of supplied components. Show the intended site and the route from delivery, and identify missing or visibly damaged parts. Record the manufacturer's stated requirements as product information for review rather than deciding technical details yourself.
Ask who would assess the site and perform each accepted trade task, including any electrical work. Confirm approval responsibilities with the company and relevant authority for the actual project. Discuss what happens if the kit is incomplete and how assembly, site work and making good are separated in the proposal. Avoid arranging dependent work around an assumed universal installation specification.
Questions for this enquiry
What should I have ready for a pre-built sauna enquiry?
Provide the exact kit and manual, delivered-component information and photographs of the proposed site and access. Flag missing or damaged parts before the scope is agreed rather than starting technical assembly to investigate.
Does this profile independently establish electrical and permit responsibilities?
No. Confirm the exact property and scope, responsible qualified trade and approval arrangements directly with the company and relevant authority. The company's source description is not independent verification of those points.
