Fitness assembly and the Chicago location caution
On Point's official fitness page names ellipticals, weight benches and power rigs or racks among the equipment it assembles. Its Chicago location page lists fitness installation and cautions that availability can change. The fitness page treats room-of-choice moving as an option to arrange and says used-equipment haul-away or disposal is not offered.
Those boundaries matter before delivery. Assembly, movement through the property and removal of an old machine should be identifiable as different tasks rather than assumed parts of one installation.
Check room access before the equipment is opened
Share the exact model and manufacturer's instructions, and say where the delivered equipment will be. Photograph the route and final room, with preliminary doorway, stair and ceiling dimensions where relevant. Identify the intended position and any manufacturer requirements for the equipment's surroundings or fixing.
Ask who will assess movement and any anchoring requirement and which work is accepted for that product and address. Keep parts, floor protection and the final placement in the conversation. Do not attempt to move heavy equipment or choose a fixing method simply to make the room appear ready for an enquiry.
Questions for this enquiry
Does equipment assembly include moving it from delivery to the final room?
The official fitness page treats a room-of-choice move as an option to arrange. Describe the actual route and delivered location, then confirm whether the proposed service includes that movement.
Should I assume old fitness equipment will be removed?
The official page says used-equipment haul-away and disposal are not offered. Confirm current exclusions with the company and make separate arrangements before depending on removal as part of assembly.
