Identify the cabinet and its starting condition
HandyBuddy’s official indoor-game category describes game-equipment and indoor-play assembly. Use that category to discuss a specific product; it does not by itself establish acceptance of every arcade or pinball model or prove a local DC office. Official source.
Identify whether you have an unopened kit, an unpacked cabinet, a partly assembled product or an older machine that has stopped working. Keep the instructions and model information available. For a delivery, describe where the packages will actually be when work is requested.
Separate carrying, assembly and specialist repair
The category excludes heavy-crate carrying unless separately added, as well as re-felting, slate repair and electrical work. Distinguish the assembly request from those tasks before making delivery arrangements. Confirm the exact DC property and accepted scope directly.
If the machine has a fault, record what it does and when the problem appears. Ask whether the request belongs with an appropriate repair specialist instead of presenting it as unfinished assembly. An assembled cabinet and a working machine are different requested outcomes.
Does game-equipment assembly include carrying a heavy crate from the curb?
The source excludes heavy-crate carrying unless separately added. Ask about the actual package location and any agreed carrying arrangement before relying on an assembly description.
Can I treat a faulty arcade or pinball machine as a standard assembly job?
No. Explain the existing fault and ask about the right scope. The cited category excludes electrical work, so a malfunction should not be assumed to fall within standard assembly.
